Ez Bill is designed to organize a Verizon bill question, prepare a verified handoff, and avoid collecting more information than the workflow needs.
How we use data
Rep handoff
We use this data to prepare internal rep follow-up, route leads, summarize next steps, prevent duplicate work, and sync approved CRM records. Ez Bill does not make final price, promo, or eligibility commitments.
Third parties
Production tools
Ez Bill may use Supabase for authentication/database storage, Vercel for hosting, Resend for email delivery, Google AI for structured assistance, and HubSpot for CRM sync when connected by an authorized admin.
Retention and deletion
Control requests
Uploaded documents and extracted details should be retained only for the review window needed to support the customer handoff. Users can request account and associated data deletion from the deletion page.
