Request account or data deletion

You can ask EzBill to delete your beta account data, lead context, and uploaded documents where deletion is allowed. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@ezbillprep.com from the email address used with EzBill.
  2. Include your EzBill reference ID if you have one.
  3. Write “EzBill deletion request” in the subject line.
  4. Do not include passwords, one-time codes, full account numbers, or full payment details.

What deletion covers

Deletion can include EzBill beta profile data, submitted intake context, uploaded bill files, raw extraction context, and saved draft information where technically and legally possible.

Some minimal operational records may be retained when needed for security, audit, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or to document that a deletion request was handled.

Important limits

EzBill does not delete records held by Verizon or other third parties. EzBill also does not place orders, automatically change accounts, or guarantee savings before rep verification.
